RETURN GUIDELINES
Request return within 5 days of delivery.
Item(s) need to be completely unused and in new condition
HAS to be in original packaging

EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping.
Custom or personalized orders
Return requests outside of the return window

CANCELLATIONS
You are free to cancel non-personalized orders without any cancellation fees. Personalized items are not eligible for cancellation if they have already been personalized. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

LOST IN MAIL
We sadly do not work directly with the post office and do not refund or replace once it has been processed through the mail system. Please reach out directly for any questions or to file a missing package form. We are happy to help in any way we can!

International Customers.

Due to the nature of our handmade-to-order business, standard production time is 1-3 business days, and shipping speed is determined at checkout.
When we ship internationally, we offer multiple options. Standard shipping can take 1-3 weeks depending on location, if you need it faster we recommend using Express 3-6 days.

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE that customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and are different for every country. We cannot control when and what fees are charged.

Undeliverable
When a package is marked undelivered and returned to seller, the buyer is responsible for return shipping if we cannot recoup shipping costs.
